Today, on International Dance Day, I’m reflecting on the powerful role dance plays in our lives. Whether it’s Flamenco, ballet, hip hop or folk — dance is a universal language. It speaks of struggle, joy, healing, and identity.
As a Flamenco teacher, I see how dance builds community and courage. I see students blossom as they connect with rhythm, expression, and their bodies. It’s transformative.
To all dancers and dance lovers: today we celebrate you. Keep moving. Keep creating. Keep dancing.👏🏻
